NovaStar TB8 Taurus Multimedia Player (Discontinued)
The TB8 was the flagship of NovaStar's first Taurus generation: 2.3 million pixels of loading capacity over four Gigabit LED outputs (configurable as 2 main + 2 backup), dual-mode synchronous/asynchronous playback with an HDMI 1.3 input and loop, dual Wi-Fi, and NTFS USB support. Sold from late 2018, it powered countless billboards and retail walls until the TB60 replaced it. If you run TB8s today they still work with current ViPlex software, but for new projects — or when a TB8 fails — the TB60 is the drop-in successor.
The TB8 is discontinued. Its direct replacement is the TB60 — the same 2.3-million-pixel, 4-output class with a faster ARM A55 processor, 32 GB storage, 4K@60 decoding, HDMI monitor output, and Android 11 with current firmware support.

What is the password for the wireless network?
For older Taurus devices, the default Wi-Fi password is "12345678". For newer devices, the default password is "SN2008@+" unless you have already changed it. If you are locked out, there is a factory reset button on the device that will restore the default password.
