Why an HDBaseT input card?
HDBaseT carries video, audio, and control over a single standard RJ45 Cat cable, which makes it ideal when sources are far from the processor. This card adds four HDBaseT receive ports to an H-Series unit, so you can pull remote feeds across the room or building without expensive long HDMI runs.
Choose this card when distance is the challenge. Single link mode gives you four full-HD inputs over four cables; dual link mode trades two connectors for higher bandwidth, supporting 4K@30Hz on a single link. Accompanied audio rides along with the video, and HDCP 1.4 keeps protected content compliant.
