Why an SDI input card?
SDI is the workhorse of professional video because it runs reliably over long coax runs with locking BNC connectors and carries broadcast-standard signals. This card brings four independent 3G-SDI inputs into an H-Series processor, each good for full 1080p60, and it falls back gracefully to HD-SDI and SD-SDI sources.
Choose this card when your sources are cameras, switchers, or playout systems that output SDI, or when cable distance and connector reliability matter more than 4K resolution. The integrated de-interlacing also cleans up legacy 1080i/576i/480i feeds so they display correctly on the wall.
