NovaStar PSD100 Pluto Asynchronous Control Card (Discontinued)
The Pluto PSD100 was one of NovaStar's most widely deployed asynchronous control cards, found in countless outdoor billboards and signboards built between 2014 and 2018. It drove roughly 0.5-0.59 million pixels through flexible configurations (up to 1024x576), played content from SD card or USB, and was managed remotely through PlutoManager over LAN or 3G — with a Wi-Fi variant (PSD100-WiFi) for access-point control. NovaStar discontinued the Pluto line around 2017; the Taurus series replaced it.
The PSD100 and PSD100-WiFi were discontinued along with the entire Pluto line and PlutoManager software. The current replacement is the Taurus TB30 — it covers the PSD100's capacity with built-in Wi-Fi, optional 4G, and modern ViPlex / VNNOX software that replaces PlutoManager.
