Frequently Asked Questions
How do I configure the MRV300 for my LED modules?
The MRV300 is configured with an RCFG configuration file loaded through NovaLCT (Screen Configuration, Receiving Card, Load Configuration File, then Save to Hardware). Your module or sign manufacturer supplies the file, or read it back from a working card. Olympian LED hosts a free browser-based RCFGX viewer at olympianled.com/tools/rcfgx-viewer to inspect any config file.
What controllers work with the MRV300?
The MRV300 works with the full NovaStar sending lineup: VX all-in-one controllers, COEX MX controllers, MCTRL sending boxes, and Taurus multimedia players. Match the receiving-card firmware to your driver IC generation.
What warranty is included?
All NovaStar products include a full 3-year manufacturer warranty when purchased from authorized distributors like Olympian LED.
