NovaStar MCTRL1600 4K LED Display Controller (Discontinued)
The MCTRL1600 was NovaStar's large-venue 4K controller, loading up to 4096x2160@60Hz (about 8.85 million pixels) over 16 Gigabit Ethernet ports with 4x 10G optical fiber and link redundancy. It supported ultra-wide custom resolutions up to 7680 pixels and could operate as multiple independent controllers. NovaStar has discontinued the MCTRL1600 outside China; the MCTRL4K is the recommended replacement.
The MCTRL1600 is discontinued. NovaStar's recommended replacement is the MCTRL4K — 4096x2160@60Hz, 16 Ethernet ports plus 4x 10G fiber, HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.2 inputs, HDR support, and current firmware.
