Why an HDBaseT output card?
HDMI cables become unreliable past about 15 meters. HDBaseT solves that by sending video over ordinary Cat5e/6 twisted-pair cabling for much longer distances (up to roughly 100 m), to a matching HDBaseT receiver at the far end.
Use this card when the processor's output needs to reach displays or projectors that are far away — across a large venue or campus — without running fiber or adding extenders. Four outputs let you feed several remote destinations from one card.
